Ham’s F-10营养混合物(Ham’s F-10 Nutrient Mixture)是由Ham在1963年针对CHO细胞无血清培养设计出的一种培养基,Ham’s F-10包含丰富的营养成分,适合用于人二倍体细胞的培养,低血清条件下细胞的克隆化培养,哺乳动物细胞的正常培养,白细胞的染色体分析以及大鼠、兔、鸡等动物的原代细胞培养。L谷氨酰胺(Glutamine)是细胞培养中所必需的一种营养元素,但其在溶液中不稳定,会自发降解,不含L-谷氨酰胺的培养基,可以根据研究需要任意调整L-谷氨酰胺的用量,在使用时添加新鲜的L-谷氨酰胺或其替代物更利于细胞的生长。针对广泛的细胞培养应用,我们提供多种组分的Ham’s F-10改良培养基。
